Terry Tortomasi

My name is Terry Tortomasi. I was born and raised on the Southshore. I moved to the Northshore 12 years ago. For the past 25 years I have been in the orthodontic business doing every job possible. Frankly, I was burned out and couldn't take another day of the same old job doing the same old things. I knew that I wanted a career change. I wanted to do something different and quickly found out that the skills I had were not transferable to a different industry. Through several late night conversations with my husband Mark, we searched and searched for what it was I wanted to do. What would make me happy? Then through many outside sources, including and old school mate, Pat, it was clear. I should utilize my love for animals and start a business for myself.

The thought of having my own business and being able to do what I love made me very happy. So I left my job and started Freedom Pet Sitting Services. I have always loved animals and currently have three cats and three dogs of my own. I have always looked after relatives, friends and neighbors pets when they are away. I saw that there is a need in my area for this type of service.

I have also felt that heart-breaking feeling when I have to take my pets to be boarded. I spend most of my vacation wondering if my precious babies are being properly cared for or are they just spending their days locked in a kennel somewhere.

So here I am, making myself happy and providing a service that makes your pets happy too. Freedom Pet Sittting Services provides a service that pet owners can trust and rely on.
