Do I need 2 or 3 visits per day?
This depends on your pet but as a rule of thumb older pets must go more frequently as do puppies.
Why do you require 2 keys?
I require 2 keys so that I can use 1 and have another as a backup if I get locked out of your home.
Are my keys kept in a secure location?
Your keys are kept in a lockbox in my office. The keys are labeled with a number and not your name or address for security purposes.
Will my keys be returned?
Keys are kept on file for future visits unless requested back by the homeowner.
What do you do in the event of inclement weather? ex. Hurricane
Every effort will be made to tend to your pet, when conditions are unsafe I will schedule a visit as soon as it is safe to do so.
Do you take care of exotic animals?
No I only care for dogs, cats and an occasional bird.
Are you available for last minute bookings?
My schedule fills quickly however, I will always try to accommodate any need you may have.
Do you stay overnight?
I do not do overnight visits. My visits are scheduled for 30 minutes unless other arrangements for a longer stay are requested.
Do you offer transportation services?
I will transport your pet in the event of an emergency but do not offer routine transportation for any other purpose.”
